Or worse yet, what I think will be the quickest and fastest way to make a commission off of your hard earned money. The only thing I ask in return for my commitment to you is your loyalty to me as your buyer's agent. The more you know what you want, the more effective I can be in finding your dream home.
FOR SELLERS - If you are looking to sell a property, I will do more than just list your property in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). I will use the most effective means possible to market your home to the widest range of buyers. The internet has become a great tool in this regard. Since I have much experience on the internet (I even designed this whole site from top to bottom) I can utilize it to it's maximum potential to get your house noticed.
FOR INVESTORS - If you are looking for investment properties for flips or rentals, I can provide you with a very creative approach to finding properties below market value. Sometimes the MLS proves to be a good source of deals. However, many deals require a bit more digging to find than simply searching the MLS. Even if I don't act as your agent, I can advise you of sources for below market and distressed properties. In the near future I will dedicate a page on this site simply to list every source I am aware to find below market properties.
LOANS - If you are looking for a loan to purchase or refinance real estate, I can refer you to mortgage brokers who will do everything in their power to find you a loan product that will get you into a home.
